Gardens Illustrated – July 2015
“Right on track”
A six page spread in Gardens Illustrated is a wonderful surprise.
The article is based around architect Sarah Wigglesworth’s home and office space and how the garden compliments this as a model for sustainable living.
Apart from the planting Emma’s brief was to increase the food growing area, while retaining some features of the old garden. Improving the poor soil was one of the biggest challenges.
Gardens Illustrated go on to say – “One of the clever things about this garden is the way the building materials link its design to the house.”
Thanks to everyone involved at Gardens Illustrated!
